Carvings On Stones 44 And 201 - Carved By The Same Sculptor?

These faces, respectively on Stone 44 (left) and Stone 201 (right), clearly represent the same folklore character. In fact, these faces are so incredibly similar that I wonder if they were possibly carved by the same individual sculptor?
