Left-looking Face, Stone 102, South-East Quadrant, Avebury Henge - (September 2018)

I do wonder if this stone represents a sylized skull looking to the east, waiting for the rising sun to bring it back to life.   If so it reminds me of a skull image I found in the Beckhampton Cove here
